Download GPU-Z from here and run it:

If your card is the model based on the G92 it will work well, if it's the G80 model it won't. Good luck!

No need for GPU-Z: 640 or 320 MB means it's the old model and compute capability 1.0 also means it's the old model.

It's not worthless, though: it can stil run seti@GPU or folding@home (non-BOINC).
