Hi there,

I tryed to to run a GTX260 under a OpenSuSE 11.1 64bit,
but had no success up to now. I downloaded and installed
newest driver from NVIDIA and used last BOINC Version 6.6.31 but it doesn't work:

Mi 03 Jun 2009 14:47:15 CEST No CUDA devices found
Mi 03 Jun 2009 14:47:15 CEST No coprocessors

BTW: Tryed also some older BOINC Version without success.

Any help would be very appreciated.

TIA and Regards

Woody

The newest does not always mean it will werk....not here anyway.

I'm using Boinc 6.4.5 and Driver 180.51 on my Ubuntu 8.10 64bit box....running a 9800 gpu.

Might help to post the driver version, could still be too old. And as I understand under Ubuntu you have to add *someone* to the group "video", otherwise it can't access the GPU directly enough.
