This looks promising for Vista and above, downclocking problem. Seems too easy..

Only works with Vista and above though ... XP Pro only here ... :(

With 190.38 drivers, vista sp1....that option is not available in my nvidia control panel. Anybody know why?

I'm running 8800GSs, so that may have something to with it.

G92 based cards "only" use ~30W at idle, so nvidia figured they wouldn't "need" downclocking in 2D, so these have no power profiles at all.
