Hey guys

Newly installed BOINC 6.4.5 on a rebuilt computer. I used that version because people were having problems with newer versions on these forums, and that version had been working fine for me.

However, it was requesting 1 second of work and not getting any (having attached to GPUGrid and other project through the account manager BAM!).

So my question is - what is the recommended BOINC / nvida driver version for vista & 8800GT

p.s. just noticed that CUDA has probably not been installed - but my question still stands so that I can move to the best versions.

I would try the lastest BOINC and Nvidia drivers they seem to work for the majority. As far as work is concerned I would wait a while as there is a shortage of units over the weekend and that could be why you aren't getting work immediately.
CUDA won't download until you get a WU.
