My brother purchased a Shuttle x35 computer that has a dual core proc and shockingly an nVidia ION chipset that's cuda enabled for his truck (hes a long haul truck driver) only to decide to use a laptop instead..

So he has this little $250 machine and no use.. Figured I might take it off his hands to play with (its tiny!) but was wondering if it would be worth using as a grid machine..

As I understand it, the ION chipset only has 15 cores..

Would that even be worth bothering with?

No, you would need about 90shaders for it to be of any use. It would not finish tasks in time.

You could use the CPU at WCG for HCMD2.
