When i hibernate my computer after several hours of crunching and resume to continue, the WU progress is reset to 0%, while the time previously consumed is still displayed. I use long WU's.
Is this normal behavior? Do i need to compute the whole WU without hibernating or shutting down computer?
I use Windows 7 x64, nVidia GTX 470, BOINC Manager 6.12.34 (x64). Thank you.

Hi, What you have to do is turn off Hibernate.

Hi, thanx for your answer. I was afraid of that. I use hibernation offen and i don't wan't to disable this function. I will switch to shorter WU's and see how it behaves.

In principle, if the task is suspended before hybernation, it should survive mostly everything (except passing the deadline :). But don't take my word for it.

I actually let BOINC to do the work on the background and i don't watch it's progress. But i managed to manually pause the GPUGRID WU before hibernating.
