I've just added a 3rd card on my system and it keeps on getting no heartbeat. Results validated though. http://www.gpugrid.net/result.php?resultid=4938183

Is this normal?

Also, are there no bonus points on standard?

Is the CPU being saturated? If so try freeing up another CPU thread.
Interesting that the WU isn't failing. Are any CPU tasks failing?
Presumably the task is restarting from the last checkpoint after the skipped heartbeat. While restarting from a checkpoint is significantly better than an outright failure (and heartbeat issues tend to be caused by CPU WU's), it's still something you don't want.

The standard bonus system applies to the normal length tasks; 50% bonus for 1day return, 25% for 2days, normal after that. This might get changed/added to. Long work units get additional credit, as these are more beneficial to most projects.

I don't think the CPU is being saturated as once the 3rd WU runs, it will free 1 thread. I think cause might be here - when the 3rd WU runs.

All CPU WU (WCG) were all good.

I'll disable 1 thread to see if that is the cause.

reducing 1 thread would end up having 2 threads idle - its not good.

I've solved my issue by re-arraging the cards.
Slot 2 card goes to slot 1 while slot 1 goes to slot 2. Now i don't have "No heartbeat...".

Could have been PCIE/bandwidth related; if the 2nd and 3rd slots both operate at x8 for example they might not have liked the 480/570 mixing, bandwidth being handled slightly differently between generations. The 480's bandwidth is also 177.4 while the 570's is 152 GB/s (384 vs 320 bus), as the 570 has one disabled memory controller.
