Hi all.
Next October Microsoft will start windows 8.
Any windows xp, with service pack 3, may be changed to this new system
with 40 dollars.
Did you have more information than me about GPU performance under this new operating system ?
My test on windows 7 (with same WU) with old Nvidia GTS 450 was underperforming.
Will be the same on windows 8 ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
k.

Last time I tested W8 and Boinc, I was not able to run GPU tasks.

I have not been having issues with running tasks under windows 8 until the recent app update which is now causing the NVidia driver to crash and blue screen.
