Just because I'm curious I wanted to ask you something about the cudart.dll on Windows...

I just noticed that the cudart.dll in the BOINC directory has 472 KB, the cudart.dll from the CUDA 2 toolkit also has 472 KB, but the cudart.dll in the projects\www.ps3grid.net directory I downloaded with the 6.41 Windows app (got the 32bit application on a 64 bit host) only has 164 KB.

Why is there such a difference in the filesize?

Stefan,

The 32b Windows cudart.dll that we are using comes from the 2.0 CUDA package and is 192,512B (188KB) in size. This is the one distributed with application version 6.41.

I don't know whether BOINC 6.3.10 is now using CUDA 2.0 (in which case it should be the same cudart.dll in the BOINC directory) or whether it is still using the 1.1 version.

I think that you are using the 64 bit client which uses the 64 bit library, while the application the 32 bit one.
