Hello,
I got a message from your project to update to the latest nVidia driver to get all sorts of work. So I did.
A few run good, a few errored out.
Today I started my system agian to crunch for the poject but within a few seconds he systenms seems unresponsive and I got a message that the cuda program has stopped working. So all error out today.
How can I solve this?
Is it a driver problem?
Win vista ultimate x64, i7, 12GB BOINC 6.10.60 (which is running smoot Rosetta, Einstein and LHC)

By the way: Einstein@home is crunching fine with cuda and the newest nVidia drivers at the moment.

I haven't had any problems with the latest nVidia drivers, but maybe updating Boinc would help.

I was busy with updating BOINC to lats but msi file failed so this has taken me several hours of the afternoon and evening. Windows installer cleaner didn't do the job this time. Well after a lot of trial and error and reboots, I have now BOINC 7.0.28 running and one task 2UY5_28_5-PAOLA_2UY5..., seems to work.

One short run did okay today, the long run had error after 4 hours. I looked at my error list and all wingman had errors too with cuda42.
So there seems to be the problem. Some WU's run with cuda31 at wingman without error. At this time I am not contributing to the project and the important science.
So admins please take a look at cuda42 program.

Well as I'm not getting any help, I decide to downgrade my nVidia driver to the one from 22 May, version 301.42.
A long run is now running without issues (yet) as before.
Estimated time 33:51 hours. I let you now after tomorrow how it went or sooner if conditions warrant.

for 200 series cards it is recommended to use driver version 285, that way only cuda31 tasks will be requested.
