It has always been the case that reported CPU time is a little less than the run time, as is the case in this NATHAN.

Now, every SANTI I complete shows a CPU time that's way lower than "a little less than"; see here.

Why is this??

Hey! What's happening! I'm running a NATHAN and a SANTI. Normally Task Manager shows, through acemd.815-55.exe, full usage of a CPU core for each: 13% (one eighth of all cores).

Right now I see only 2-3% for each...

Help me out here...

This sounds like the same issue I'm noticing, here:
http://www.gpugrid.net/forum_thread.php?id=3615

Basically, Kepler GPUs had traditionally utilized a full CPU core for GPUGrid applications. They used to call it the "SWAN_SYNC" setting (set via a Windows environment variable), but a while back they baked it into the application to automatically decide whether to reserve/utilize the full core or not.

Anyway, I too am noticing the behavior you describe, and it seems to have very recently changed. I reported it in the "Number Crunching" forum. So let's try to consolidate efforts/responses there, since it is not a "Server" (connectivity) or "Website" (web/forum) issue.

Thanks,
Jacob
