I just had 2 seperate PS3's finish Long wu's:

http://www.ps3grid.net/workunit.php?wuid=74099

http://www.ps3grid.net/workunit.php?wuid=73989

They are both version 5.03, just like all the others.

This is different...

Look at the work unit name, there are two different PS3 applications, see applications page, both version 5.03.
One is '... for ...' and one is '... on ...'. This is probably what you see, some work is being run on the second application.
Longer running tasks earn more credit for the additional time, but the cs/hour for each is the same.
