Is anyone using the GPUGRID to search for a cure to the Corona Virus yet? It would seem to be a great tool to help speed up this process.

I don't think so. This project is not an emergency response team.
BTW it's very hard to fight against viruses, as they are not a living organism, and some of them are mutating very fast. Think of the "regular" influenza. There's no cure developed for that in the last 100 years. We can have vaccination only for the latest strain, not for all. But some people have to get ill by that strain first.
It would seem to be a great tool to help speed up this process.
Perhaps some part of the actual research is done with similar tools, the whole research of a vaccine is way beyond the scope of this project.

Rosetta@Home and Folding@Home are currently doing work related to it.

Yes , it seems like Rosetta@Home is working on Corona; but this project is CPU only.

I considered it but at the end ruled it out because several similar efforts are under way already.

Covid is what brought me back to folding. I saw Rosetta was working on it and decided to start donating some power again. I haven't donated power since 2012 and it feels good to be back :). Finally have hardware that seems to make a dent in the work load this time. I'm currently working on GPUGrid and Rosetta. I used to also do some Seti but they will taking a break from processing soon. I also think this is my first forum post here, so good morning everyone!

WCG has FAH2 and that's developing antiviral drugs.
I believe what they're doing is modelling the structure of the Coronavirus (CV) proteins. That's the easy part.
Another aspect modelling could help with is selecting the viral epitope to use as an antiviral. E.g., the spike protein (S) binds the ACE-2 receptor on mammalian cells and that's how CV gets taken into the cell where the cell's machinery makes copies of the virus. Finding molecules that bind tightly to the S binding epitope would block the CV from entering the cell serving as an antiviral drug.
(I'm using the term epitope in a much broader sense than it's used in immunology because I can't think of a more descriptive term.)
