I have only two projects running, SETI and GPUGRID and it will only compute tasks at (0.10 CPU's, 1 CUDA)Shouldn't it be able to use both GPU's along with the processor to do more?

my system
Q6600 2.4ghz OC'd @ 3.24
2 x 8800GT SLI
4 gigs mushkin @ 800mhz
windows XP

To use both GPUs you have to disconnect the SLI

Well, disable SLI. Not physically disconnect the internal SLI-bridge. And in order to use the CPU you'll have to join another project or change your seti settings to allow for astropulse WUs. Otherwise seti chooses to run only on the GPU, as it's more efficient than the CPU.
