Don't remember for how long its reporting HTTP error please fix it or tell us whats happening!

This is a "benign" error. It seems to occur when you ask for task number 5 for the queue. In that they only want you to have 4 tasks max pending in your queue (besides what is being run), the system SHOULD be giving you an error telling you that you are at your daily maximum ... but ... somewhere along the line in the last couple weeks with the configuration changes the project made seems to have uncovered some other issue.

Give the project time ...

As far as the client is concerned there is no problem ... it is just another message in the log and it really means nothing to us as participants. We have reported it, they know about it, now we wait ...

Expanding Paul's answer...task # 5 on a quad core, task # 3 on a dual core (like yours), etc.

There was a possible bug in the server code with the new scheduling policy.
Now it seems to work.
