On Rosetta they have a sticky thread they use to allow participants to report tasks that crash. I don't know if you guys need the separate notification, or would find it useful as they seem to ... but it is possible consideration ...

We get lots of threads on people that have problems with their systems and this would not be the thread for that ... but for tasks like:

59-KASHIF_HIVPR_n1_for_ba4-9-100-RND0245

Which seems to have died on all systems that tried it ...

Eitehr way, now you know you had a bad task ... :)

I suppose it would get too messed up quickly. People starting to talk about solutions and people complaining about failed tasks. Worth a thought, though.

That is why God invented moderators ... :)

Of course they also change versions pretty regularly so, they retire the threads for older versions on a regular basis ...
