I am running Ubuntu 9.10 with a NVIDIA GPU (9500). When my computer runs GPUGRID, every time the ACEMD - GPU molecular dynamics v6.04 (cuda) application runs, the tasks fail after about two seconds. However, my GPU is able to complete Full-atom molecular dynamics v6.70 (cuda) tasks.

Looking at the applications options under my account settings, there is ACEMD, ACEMD ver 2.0 and ACEMD Beta. I would like set it up for so that my computer only runs 6.70 tasks, but am unsure of which application I should leave enabled.

I really don't have much time to troubleshoot the issue and my GPU probadly can't run all the applications, so looking to use my GPU efficiently and not provide GPU Grid with a lot of tasks that errors while reporting.

Thanks
Chris

ACEMD ... I'm not sure how many (if any) of the old version WUs are left but you could give it a try and see if you get any work.

Just select ACEMD. Leave the others unticked.
If there are any tasks left you will pick them up.
If there are no tasks left, then you are stuck. At least until the next release of an application, which may or may not help you.
