In an effort to give the "Ultimate Explanation" of what is MD to the non-initiated, a couple of scientists (50% belonging to the GPUGRID team) made a short movie in the context of a visual storytelling course at the science park we work in. We hope you enjoy it: http://vimeo.com/12055025

I must admit I enjoyed watching it, however, I think I might have enjoyed it for the wrong reason. I know I'm going to be flamed, discommunicated and reviled for this but, I think it was a little "lowbrow". Having said that, I appreciate the commitment and effort in explaining the work to which we are contributing a small part.

Perhaps, that first segment was not needed?

Also, we seemed to mix the concept of atoms and molecules.

Please make more vids. I would like to pass along the basic idea on why folks need to run these projects.
