Which works, and which crashes tasks?
So far I have observed several task failures as a result of using Stand By on Windows 2003 x64 server systems, but when using sleep on Win7 the tasks did not fail when I resumed. I have not tried Hybernate yet. LAIM was in use on all 3 systems. CPU tasks were not affected.
On XP x86 Stand By did not result in task failures with or without LIAM, but the stand by duration was short. XP started up to the log on screen.
Below is the error message for one of the failed tasks. It looks like Boinc is trying to start before the drivers are re-loaded/available.
