Thinking more of the Mac Pro which can have "sleeping" 8800 GT cards.

Need to wake these up ! ;-)

Any news on GPU on Mac?

Got the brand new MBP whit two GPUs and 4 Gb of RAM. I will switch to GPUGRID from WCG/BOINC today. I am so tired of thinking of the fact that this system could be crunching in a different league...

Specifications are at http://www.apple.com/macbookpro/specs.html

As far as I know, several iMac configurations also include multiple GPUs, and I'm sure that the number of users of both these laptop and desktop configurations are increasing rapidly... got CUDA installed too!

I had my late 08 MBP do some CUDA work while just in windows, but I too wish I could put my 9600M GT to full work while in OSX!

Sorry guys, we have not plan to support Macs. Every new architecture adds possible bugs which have to be fixed. We don't have the resources to support another one.

For whatever it's worth, BOINC now recognizes my Mac GPU in 6.10.26 after installing the required drivers. See here for more: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=5329
