We have uploaded a new application. It has some novelty. It uses SDK2.1 and is compiled statically in order to run on any Linux/PS3

Are there any problems with this app?

Actually yes,

I see two results on my unit that show computational error. both are ga5.03 and were on the 18th.

<core_client_version>5.10.6</core_client_version>

I have one running now that is 8 hours along, so far so good.

Those could have been wrong during the transition. Let\'s see the following ones.

After I wrote the previous this happened

8516 6807 21 Oct 2007 6:48:43 UTC 21 Oct 2007 12:39:49 UTC Over Client error Compute error 0.02 0.00 ---
8465 6774 20 Oct 2007 11:48:43 UTC 21 Oct 2007 12:48:50 UTC Over Success Done 89,011.72 3,702.44 3,702.44

1 ga5.03 did complete about 2-3 hours ago, the other shows around the same time, but with an error #8516

The one that completed had to be the one running when I previously wrote, I can tell by the sent times and there was one 1 on my PS3 at the time, so the one that erred came after the completed one, even though the completed time shows before, it probably just got reported sooner because there was not much data to send back

<core_client_version>5.10.6</core_client_version>

Looks like same error.

---

Take a look at work unit 6728, it shows 2 hosts had errors before a 3rd completed it successfully.

Another problem ?

I had this task http://www.ps3grid.net/PS3GRID/workunit.php?wuid=6842

but I was getting repeated errors on trying to download
par_all27_prot_lipid.inp and par-extraterms.inp.

I aborted the task hoping the next one would be ok, waiting for work now.

I went and looked at work unit and see 1 prior compute error and 1 prior abort.

any clue as to what is up with this one ?

OK was lucky enough to get another bugged one, stuck trying to download those same two files.

I did a project reset just now which cleared everything and then my PS3 downloaded a new task OK.

I have removed all the wrong WUs. So, they should not be resent anymore.

I had this problem one time.
But the project would not let me download another work unit.
I reached the limit.

When this happend, can it will be possible to download a work unit?
Because i can\'t check the PS3 status any day, especially if i\'m in holyday!!

I have increase the number of wu per day to 5. There is still the limit of 2 in progress at any given time. This is to avoid that someone with a wrong configuration trashes all the wus.
